2017-2018 – $7.25 per Acre

Tracts are located west and southwest of Butler, Alabama and  north and southwest of Needham, Alabama.  The individual or club that leases these areas will have first right of refusal for the next annual lease term as long as all rules on the lease contract are followed.  New listings will be added as they become available.  Tracts are leased on a first come, first served basis.

The leases for this property run from July 1 through June 30 of each year.  Payment is due by July 1 of each year and late after July 15, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. Insurance is not included in the lease rate. It is billed separately at a cost of approximately 13 cents per acre.

There are no campgrounds, water or electrical on the property. The lessee has the right and privilege to hunt for all legal types and species of game birds and animals as per the written lease agreement.

LESSOR reserves the right to clear, reforest, or cultivate all or any portion of the said Leased Premises as it may, in the sole discretion, determine to be desirable and that LESSEE shall not be entitled to any refund or reduction of rent because of such activities.
